  • Please speak to one of our friendly staff, and they will inform you when the next shipment arrives. We always try our best to keep our shelves well stocked. However, there may be instances where our suppliers are also out of stock.

We’re currently ONLY offer free delivery to the following suburbs (Minimum spend is requested):

Free delivery if orders over $50. (7000 Hobart, 7004 Battery Point, 7005 Sandy Bay, 7007 Mount Nelson, 7008 Lenah Valley, New Town)

Free delivery if orders over $80. (7010 Glenorchy, 7018 Bellerive, 7050 Kingston, 7052 Blackmans Bay, 7053 Taroona)

A fixed delivery fee will be charged if  the minimum is not reached.

  • If you can’t check out for delivery, please feel free to email us [email protected] to discuss any available options. We will try our best to help you. 
  1.  You will received an email if the order is in processing.
  2. You will also received an eamil when the driver is leaving for delivery.
  3. Your order will be completed when the goods are delivered safely.
  4. If any issues happened because of the payment or stock shortage, you order will be on hold with an email notification.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that have already been opened, unless the item is defective.
  • General products: 7 days.
  • Sale items: No Exchange or Refund.
  • Refrigerated / Frozen products: Within 24 hours.

Please ensure you have your original receipt.

On Refrigerated and Frozen products, items must be returned within 24 hours and stored in the appropriate temperature to ensure the quality of the product. We will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges after 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Yes, you can use Wechat Pay as well as Alipay.
